Est 2015. We did research on gyms around Orlando and realized “gym” nowadays stands for a room with machines packed with people who don’t talk to each other, sit on machines using their phones, and overpay for this and that fee monthly. People join gyms but don’t progress because the atmosphere is plain, doesn’t motivate, and long complicated contracts make you feel like you MUST go to the gym solely because you put money in. We decided to bring an old-school vibe back when people were excited to join together, pump iron, and transform their bodies through hard work and group support! This is how Power Strength Gym was born, by redefining what “gym” stands for.
